お久しぶりです。
みなさんこんにちは。
前回よりだいぶ期間があいてしまいました。
利用者さんは元気に作業されていますのでご安心ください。
新しい利用者さんも加わり、さなぎもパワーアップ中です。
本日も水耕栽培の収穫がありましたのでご報告させていただきますね。
こんな感じです。
食べ物ネタばかりではまずいので・・・それ以外で少し追加です。
先日、岡崎市障がい者基幹相談支援センター 主催の虐待防止の研修会に参加しました。
残念ながら当日は営業日で、公演のみの参加でしたが、講師の鈴木敏彦先生のお話しを
聞いて、専門職としてしっかりしなくてはいけないと思いました。
職場の雰囲気（言葉づかい・態度等）が良くないところはよい支援が出来にくいとの
お話もあったので、職員一同気をつけていきたいです。
それでも ”さなぎらしく” 楽しくやっていきたいと思っております。
